Whiteinch and Scotstoun Housing Association are seeking an Energy Adviser to support its Home Energy Project, funded by the Climate Challenge Fund.wsha_logo

The successful candidate’s principal aim will be to help WSHA’s client households reduce their home energy consumption. The post is full time and funded until 31 March 2015. The deadline for applications is Wednesday 27 November.

LightbulbThe Home Energy project will also aim to bring about other behavioural changes that result in a reduction in carbon emissions which mean reduced energy costs and tackle fuel poverty. The majority of the Adviser’s time will be spent making home visits as well as supporting volunteers and organising energy-themed events in the community. The post may be suitable for a secondment from an Energy Advice Organisation.
