SurveySmallWe’ve been approached by a student at University of Glasgow who is researching the reasons why ladies take up cycling and what puts them off doing it more regularly in Glasgow. The researcher is especially keen to find out:

  1. how adult women leisure cyclists might be persuaded into taking up cycling for transport,
  2. what prompts adult women to take up cycling again for the first time since they were kids and
  3. hearing from adult women that are either thinking about getting on a bike but haven’t taken the plunge yet or adult women that are terrified of the idea and don’t think it’s for them at all.

Participants must be:

  • female and aged 18+
  • live, work or study in Glasgow and
  • either commuter cyclists, leisure cyclists, occasional cyclists or soon-to-be cyclists
