ClydeRiverFoundation.pngThe Clyde River Foundation is delighted to announce that ‘Caring for the Clyde’ – the 4th Citizen Science Meeting – will take place on Saturday 27th February.

The Clyde River Foundation have been coordinating citizen science across the River Clyde catchment for three years now through the Clyde Riverfly Monitoring Partnership (CRIMP) and have trained over 100 citizen scientists, ranging from anglers to school teachers.

This years ‘Caring for the Clyde’ event will take place at the Clyde River Foundation, University of Glasgow on Saturday 27th February, from 11:30am to -3:30pm.

If you’re keen to be involved in citizen science, take an active role in caring for your local river or enhance STEM (science, technology, engineering, and mathematics) education in your school, then this event is an excellent opportunity to find out more! There is a great line-up of guest speakers for the day including representatives from Education Scotland, Riverfly Partnership and Waterkeeper Alliance.
