Streets Award logo 2015The Streets Ahead Awards 2016  are searching for people and projects who have made a difference to the streets, parks and gardens of Glasgow, by planting, pruning, picking up litter, or planning bigger projects for the future.

Streets Ahead is an exciting celebration of the Evening Times campaign which has helped to transform the city over the past 12 months. The campaign was launched in 2011, in partnership with Glasgow City Council, Glasgow Housing Association, City Charitable Trust, Scottish Fire and Rescue Service and ScotRail.

They want to hear from you if you are a school, business, community project, club and individuals who have done their best to clean up Glasgow’s streets.

Enter today to be rewarded for your hard work! Deadline for entries is Wednesday 18 May 2016. This year the event will take place on Wednesday 5 June 2016. For more information about this event please contact Lynsay Wong on 0141 302 6082 or Lynsay.wong@heraldandtimes.co.uk.
