We had a great day along at the Active Seniors Day in the Park. There was a great turnout and the weather stayed pretty dry apart from a couple of wee showers but that did nothing to dampen the spirits! There was lots of stuff on including performances from local schools and community groups, safety demonstrations from the Scottish Fire and Rescue and numerous information stalls about a wide range of health, wellbeing and support services for seniors from across the area plus fantastic food and drinks from the team at Portofino Catering supported by the students from Drumchapel High School! Thanks to everyone that made the event happen!
